About Us

The ABACUS Consulting and Services Group is a consulting firm that has extensive experience with Internet and computer technology. The two principals, James Woo and Milton Hall, have each worked over thirty years for the IBM Corporation. Both had assignments with a number of Fortune 500 companies as well as small businesses. Each has a deep understanding of how technology can be applied to help businesses grow and become more efficient.

After retiring from IBM, Mr. Woo and Mr. Hall formed ABACUS in 2001. ABACUS is focused on helping small businesses and non-profit organizations to effectively use Internet and computer technologies.

Mr. Woo, as Managing Partner for ABACUS, has helped a number of businesses, including non-profit organizations, to improve their performance by taking advantage of the Internet. He has applied his experiences in developing technology plans and technological strategies.

Mr. Hall, as Managing Partner for ABACUS, has used his broad and deep knowledge of technology to help clients select and successfully implement leading-edge Internet solutions. He continually tracks the latest Internet developments and advises clients on what they should do to remain competitive.
